Course Overview

This course will improve your knowledge and understanding of what happens in your body and mind when you are stressed. You will gain insight into why things like diet and exercise can effect your stress levels, what can cause stress and work and different styles of coping with stress. The course aims to build resilience through knowledge and understanding. 

On completion, learners will be awarded with a micro-credential digital badge accredited by Open Awards.

Learners who undertake this course can use the knowledge to support assessors and can progress onto an Assessor Award or Certificate qualification.
