What Quality means at Maxam Training

At Maxam Training, the term’ quality’ appears in our mission statement and values, so what does this mean?

For us, it means always reviewing our products and services and making changing that have a positive impact on our learners. It means maintaining the integrity of our qualifications whilst meeting the varying needs of our customers. 

Our Quality Development Plan is driven by feedback from learners, tutors, course organisers and external stakeholders. 

We aim to work as efficiently as possible to ensure that our customer service is responsive and supportive. 

And, we are human! We understand that learning as an adult can be complex and challenging so we are always on hand to provide encouragement and guidance, whether that be from the course tutor, me, as Head of Centre or everyone in between.  These are the people who make Maxam Training a quality company to learn with.
