Our Quality Development Plan is driven by feedback from learners, tutors, course organisers and external stakeholders.
We aim to work as efficiently as possible to ensure that our customer service is responsive and supportive.
And, we are human! We understand that learning as an adult can be complex and challenging so we are always on hand to provide encouragement and guidance, whether that be from the course tutor, me, as Head of Centre or everyone in between. These are the people who make Maxam Training a quality company to learn with.
If you have a passion for knowledge or skills that you possess, teaching or training can be a great way for you to share your enthusiasm and inspire others. As a teacher or trainer, you also hold a position of responsibility where you can influence how your learners feel about themselves. It gives you insight into the potential of others that they may not even realise they have.
As a training provider specialising in education and assessment for the blue light services and public sector, we're committed to providing the most relevant and effective qualifications for our learners. In September, our trainer, Bernie, delivered a full day of training to around 30 staff at Make UK in Birmingham, one of our valued customers. They provided us with a brief and we developed a series of sessions, bespoke to their needs, that was delivered as part of their staff development programme. The group consisted of around 30 staff, varying in experience; some of which were classroom based, others were primarily workshop based.
